Marc E. has over three decades of culinary leadership experience, currently serving as Vice President Corporate Chef Americas at Hilton Worldwide since May 2011. Prior to this role, Marc E. held significant positions at Loews Hotels from September 1998 to September 2010 as Corporate Chef, and at Loews Miami Beach Hotel as Executive Chef from 1998 to 2008. Earlier in the career, Marc E. was Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 1995 to 1998 and at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from 1992 to 1995. The journey in the culinary field began at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, where Marc E. worked as Executive Chef from 1988 to 1991.
