Michael Jueds

Michael Jueds is the Area Director of Engineering, Facilities, and Capital Programming at Hilton, managing 24 properties across the Southeast Region. With over twenty-five years of executive experience, they focus on sustainable facilities construction and asset preservation, demonstrating expertise in operations, capital asset management, and budgeting. Michael has effectively overseen projects totaling over $80 million while maintaining a 20-year capital expenditure plan. Previously, they held significant roles at The Peabody Orlando and Hilton San Diego Bayfront, contributing to pre-opening operations and sustainability initiatives. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Facilities Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
