Michelle Schultz

Michelle (Tansey) Schultz is currently a Senior Analyst in HR Insights & Analytics at Hilton, where they utilize their expertise in data to enhance people strategies. Previously, they held various roles in event coordination and hospitality, including positions at the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, and Convene. Michelle also managed events and hospitality branding at albi and worked in event sales at Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants. They earned a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from The College of William and Mary.
