Mike Dyson

Mike Dyson has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Development at Holigan Land Development since October 2019. Prior roles include General Manager positions at notable establishments such as McCormick & Schmick's, Bailey's Prime Plus, and Ruth's Chris Steak House. Dyson has also held General Manager roles at Hilton for Copeland's of New Orleans and Zea Woodfire Grill. As the Area Director for Copeland's of New Orleans from 1989 to 2005, responsibilities included managing multiple units for a national upscale casual restaurant chain. Dyson began a career in the restaurant sector at Club Corporation of America as a Club Manager from 1985 to 1988 and holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
