Mike O'Brien

Mike O'Brien serves as the Senior Director of Global Compensation at Hilton, where responsibilities include leading compensation for global incentive programs across the Americas. O'Brien co-founded Shirts of the World in 2011 and previously held various leadership positions at Capital One from 2007 to 2019, including Senior Director of Recruiting, overseeing a team that achieved over 3,000 hires in 2018, and Director of Retail Compensation, managing incentive programs for over 10,000 associates. O'Brien began with Capital One as a Finance Analyst in a competitive rotational program. O'Brien holds a BA in Economics and African American Studies from the University of Virginia.
