Minna Mäkelä

Minna Mäkelä is a seasoned hospitality executive currently serving as the Regional Commercial Director for Europe at Hilton. With extensive experience in sales and business development, they previously held various leadership roles at Hilton, including Country Director of Business Development in Italy and Director of Groups, Conference, and Events Sales Development for Western and Southern Europe. Prior to their tenure at Hilton, Minna managed regional sales and marketing at Scandic Hotels in the Tampere area and served as Cluster Director of Business Development at Hilton Helsinki Hotels and Hilton Prague. Minna holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education.
