Neil Shears

Neil Shears is currently the Director of Franchise Support for the UK and Ireland at Hilton, where they leverage extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They previously held roles such as General Manager at various hotels, including Hilton Worldwide, and served as a National Sales Manager at Menzies Hotels. Neil also contributed as a Non Executive Director for Lincolnshire & Rutland EBP from 2005 to 2021. They possess a HCIMA Part B in Hospitality Management from Thames Valley University and have a strong background in business development and community engagement.
