Nicki Hames

Nicki Hames is the Director of Data Architecture at Hilton, where they focus on developing strategic plans for the company’s data ecosystem. Previously, Nicki held several roles in data architecture and project management within various companies, including a position as an Enterprise Data Architect and Project Manager at a global hospitality company. Nicki's early career included facilitating dialogues on social issues and conducting research at Hope College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies, along with a minor in Computer Science.
