Orr Rivero has extensive experience in Human Resources and operations within the hospitality industry, currently holding the position of Vice President Human Resources at Hilton since 1993. Rivero also serves as Vice President Human Resources for Latin America & Caribbean and previously held the role of GM/VP Operations at Hilton Hotels Corp from April 2000 to July 2003. Additionally, Rivero has expertise in diversity as the former Vice President of Diversity. Educationally, Rivero earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and Administration from Barry University between 1992 and 1995.
