Patsy Ng

Patsy Ng has extensive experience in human resources across various prominent companies. Starting with a Personnel Executive role at Mitsui Co. Ltd. in 1994, Patsy progressed to become a Senior Executive in HR at Chevron Oronite Chemicals Co. from 1997 to 2000. Following this, a role as HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Specialist at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific was held from 2000 to 2005. Patsy continued to develop expertise in rewards management at Unilever Asia as Director of Total Rewards for the Asia Pacific region and then as Director of Rewards for Energizer Holdings from 2009 to 2015. A brief tenure as Senior Director of Global Rewards at Edgewell Personal Care preceded a significant period at Hilton, initially serving as Senior Director - Rewards and then as Vice President Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region until 2021, before advancing to the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific in September 2024. Patsy holds a GCE 'A' Level Certificate in Engineering from Raffles Junior College and a Second Class (Upper) Honours Degree in Arts & Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
