Paula Williamson

Paula Williamson (Traugh) is currently the VP of HR Analytics & Workplace Services at Hilton, where they lead initiatives that leverage analytics to enhance people strategies and drive employee engagement. They previously held roles including Director of HR Insights & Analytics and Senior Director of HR Analytics & Workplace Services. Prior to their time at Hilton, Paula gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst and Logistics Intern supporting the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ship Program, and they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Radford University. Paula holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
