Raúl Mateo

Raúl Mateo is currently the Complex Director of Revenue Management at Hilton Tulum All Inclusive, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Raúl served as the Senior Director of Revenue Management for The Americas at Meliá Hotels International from 2019 to 2021 and held various roles including Cluster Director of Operations and Business Development and Regional Director of Revenue Management APAC. Raúl's career began as a Research Analyst at IESA-CSIC from 2007 to 2010. They hold a Master's degree in Tourism and Leisure Management from IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems and a degree in International Tourism Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both completed in 2010.
