Scott Johnson

Scott Johnson is an accomplished professional in communications and consulting with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Hilton since November 2021, Scott previously held the position of Principal Consultant at SWJ Consulting LLC, where innovative communication and technology solutions were developed for clients. Prior to that, Scott was with Marriott International for over 18 years, where responsibilities included leading a Client Management team and managing global communications initiatives across thousands of properties. Additionally, Scott founded The Federal Window, Inc., which focused on the auto auction industry's marketing needs. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from Harvard University, a Certificate in Project Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland.
