With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sheldon has previously held various leadership roles including Director of Product Advocacy and Director of Learning. Their strong background in training and project management has significantly contributed to Hilton's reputation as a leader in customer service excellence. Sheldon holds a Bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University.
