Simon Murray is an aspiring finance leader in the hospitality sector, currently part of the FINESSE Finance Management Graduate Scheme with Hilton while completing a CIMA Management Accounting certification. Simon has previously held various roles including Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager at Hilton, and has a diverse background in Human Resources, Procurement, IT, and Project Management. Simon earned a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bournemouth University and has experience working with McDonald's UK, Oxford Economics, and Waitrose. Recognized as a shortlisted Young Hotelier of the Year for 2024 by Hotelier Middle East, Simon approaches tasks with persistence, creativity, and enthusiasm.
