Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith possesses extensive experience in human resources and legal compliance, currently serving as the Director of HR Risk and Compliance at Hilton since January 2019, after holding various senior management roles within the company. Prior to Hilton, Spencer Smith worked at EY for nearly six years as a Manager and previously at the National Labor Relations Board as a Law Clerk. Spencer Smith obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Labor and Employment Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BBA in Human Resource Management and Finance from The George Washington University School of Business, complementing a foundational education at Chestnut Hill Academy.
