Stephanie Maître-Bufferan

Stephanie Maître-Bufferan is the Directrice des Ressources Humaines Cluster at Hilton, managing the human resources strategy for Hilton Paris la Défense and Canopy Paris Trocadero since 2019. Prior to this, they held various HR roles within Hilton, including leading the human resources strategy for multiple locations and overseeing complex restructuring processes. Stephanie began their career at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as an Assistante Ressources Humaines from 1999 to 2004. They hold a Master’s degree in Négociations et Relations Sociales from Université Paris Dauphine, as well as two additional Master's degrees and a BTS in Hôtellerie Restauration.
