Stephanie Shurtleff

Stephanie Shurtleff, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning various organizational roles in the hospitality and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Team Member Relations and Director of Human Resources at Hilton since June 2013, Stephanie excels in driving team member engagement and enhancing business performance through strategic organizational design and talent management. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Director of Human Resources at SourceHOV from June 2007 to May 2013 and served as Regional HR Manager at Lason, Inc. (HOV Services) from June 1999 to June 2007, overseeing a territory with twelve operating facilities and providing a wide range of HR services. Stephanie began the professional journey in advertising as an Account Executive at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel from June 1994 to February 1999. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in English/Pre-Law, Stephanie is skilled in navigating diverse corporate cultures and functions including C-Suite, operations, IT, sales, and digital environments.
