Steven Lv

Steven Lv is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton since June 2013, Steven has played a pivotal role in the pre-opening of the first Hilton brand hotel in Guiyang. Prior to this role, Steven held positions as Cluster Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, leading HR teams at DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn in Shiyan. Steven's background includes serving as Talent Development Manager and Training Manager at 喜达屋, as well as Training Manager at 希尔顿全球酒店集团 and Assistant Training Manager at 喜达屋. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from 湘南学院, graduating in 2008.
