Stuart Carr

Stuart Carr is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in client computing engineering and architecture. Since December 1997, Stuart has served as Senior Director at Hilton, overseeing a large technical design and management team responsible for over 120,000 systems across multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, in over 70 countries. Previous roles at Hilton include Director of Client Computing Engineering & Architecture and Senior Manager of Systems Standards & Engineering, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory in systems management and engineering. Prior to Hilton, Stuart worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Softbank PSC, providing support for Windows 95 and game-related issues. Stuart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Planning and Management from Bangor University, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
