Thomas Cole has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management, with a career spanning over three decades. Since December 2006, Thomas has served as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton St. Louis Frontenac. Prior to this role, Thomas was involved with the St Louis Hospitality Human Resources Association from 2006 to 2015 as a member and held various positions at Adam's Mark Hotels, including Director of Human Resources, Employment Manager, and Beverage Director from December 1993 to December 2006. Thomas began the career with Marriott Management Services and Marriott Hotels in Bartlesville and Tulsa, OK, and Dallas, TX, where Thomas worked as Food & Beverage Director and Director of Catering between October 1987 and December 1993. Thomas Cole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Hospitality Management from Oklahoma State University between 1985 and 1990.
