Zena Phillips

Zena Phillips is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in catering and events management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Catering & Events Americas and Focus Service Sales at Hilton since July 2017, Zena leads the C&E strategy for over 270 managed hotels in the region. Previous roles include Senior Director of Sales for the Growth & Openings team and leadership positions at various Conrad properties and Waldorf Astoria. Zena's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master Certificate in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Toronto. Zena is also a member of Chief, an organization supporting women in executive roles.
