Dieter Specht has extensive experience in project management and engineering, particularly in the field of safety systems. Dieter has held positions at companies like HIMA and TOTAL, where Dieter has worked on projects related to chemical, petrochemical, refinery, gas, FPSO, HIPPS, and subsea industries. Dieter is also a TÜV Functional Safety Engineer with a focus on safety PES. At HIMA Middle East FZE, Dieter managed projects for SIS/FGS and HIPPS with HPH/HME, demonstrating their expertise in the field.
