Sameer Dahal

Sameer Dahal has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Sameer began their career as a Chef at Shabri The Restaurant in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Sameer then worked as a Kitchen Attendant at Jamie Oliver Restaurants for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, they joined Miss Perez Kitchen & Bar as a Cook and stayed there until 2020. During this time, in 2020, they also worked as a Chef at Oleaceae Restaurant for a short period. In 2020, Sameer became a Sous Chef at Hotel Victor Victor Harbor and worked until 2021. Following that, they joined Gate College as a Lead Instructor in Food Production from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Sameer is employed at Himalayan JAVA Coffee as the Head Chef, a position they have held since July 2022.

Sameer Dahal completed a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SAIM College. Sameer also received a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery from TAFE NSW, although the specific dates for these two qualifications are not provided.
