Ray Xi is Managing Director, Double Impact at Bain Capital and is studying for a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics at Yale University. They previously served as Principal, Double Impact at Bain Capital from 2021 to 2023 and earlier held Vice President, Double Impact and Associate, Private Equity roles at Bain Capital. They serve on the boards of Branching Minds (since 2024), Project Bread (since 2020), HiMama (since 2021) and ConvenientMD Urgent Care (since 2021), and previously served on the boards of TeachTown (2020–2024), Sparq (2020–2023) and PresenceLearning (2021).
