Derek Chan is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand and product design. Currently serving as a Staff Designer at hims & hers since October 2022, Derek previously held significant roles at Alula, where contributions included Head of Brand & Design and Director of Design as part of the founding team. Prior to that, Derek was Creative Lead at Care/of from May 2016 to October 2020, also contributing as a founding team member. Additional experience includes positions as Digital Product Designer at Wink, Inc. and Lead Interactive Designer at Gin Lane Media, where Derek began as an intern. Derek holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School, attained between 2007 and 2011.
