John Klaess, PhD, is the Senior Manager of Training and Content Management at Hims and Hers, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Lead of Customer Education and Enablement at Tulip Interfaces from 2020 to 2025 and as a Content Intern at Fairmarkit in 2019. From 2014 to 2019, John was a Teaching Fellow at Yale University, where they taught various music courses. They also conducted research and authored the book "Breaks in the Air: The Birth of Rap Radio in New York City." John earned their PhD from Yale University, following a degree from the University of Rochester.
