Johnny Chen

Johnny Chen is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in growth strategy and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Hims & Hers since 2024, Johnny focuses on modernizing health and wellness access. Prior roles include Head of Growth at Maven, where efforts led to significant user engagement through innovative learning experiences, and CEO & Cofounder of Sail, an emotional intelligence school acquired by Maven. Johnny has also worked as a Product Advisor/Consultant, optimizing unit economics for various clients, and spent time at Paravision, driving notable advancements in facial recognition technology. Earlier experiences include positions at Scopely, where a performance marketing strategy significantly increased new users and revenue, and a technology consultant role at Capgemini. Johnny holds a B.S. in Finance & Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and has additional education in International Business from HKUST Business School.
