Kristy Eiffert is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in customer data, lifecycle management, and marketing personalization. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Hims & Hers, Kristy is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for the company's first customer data and lifecycle orchestration platform, while leading cross-functional teams to develop a personalization engine. Previously, at Stitch Fix, Kristy managed end-to-end product strategies for CRM and marketing platforms, launched a successful AI-powered personalization engine, and built the CRM function from the ground up. Earlier career roles include positions at ThredUp, where marketing campaigns were managed, and Google, where strategic online marketing recommendations were developed for top clients. Kristy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Marketing and Spanish Language and Literature.
