Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

Lauren Cabrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in veterinary and healthcare fields. Currently serving as Director for the National Pre-Vet Club, Lauren supports aspiring veterinary students and is active as the Board President and Founder of the Saipan Humane Society, which provides animal health services and coordinates spay/neuter clinics. As an Animal Health Officer for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Lauren oversees animal import regulations, disease monitoring, and livestock health programs. Additionally, Lauren co-founded the Boonie Flight Project, facilitating the rescue and rehoming of Guam's "boonie dogs." With a strong nursing background, Lauren has held multiple roles, including Nurse Practitioner and Healthcare Recruiter, across various organizations. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Nurse Practitioner from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Veterinary Medical Sciences with a focus on Shelter Medicine at the University of Florida.
