Matthew Chen

Matthew Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations across leading technology firms. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations at hims & hers since December 2024, Matthew previously held the role of Program Manager for Product Planning & Launch Operations at Google, where significant optimizations in processes were achieved. Prior to Google, Matthew was a Senior Manager in Strategy & Business Development at Samsung Electronics, where high-visibility projects were defined and strategic partnerships were cultivated. Matthew also has a background in investment banking, having served as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs, and experience in product strategy with Franklin Templeton Investments. Matthew holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics & International Studies from Northwestern University, further complemented by international experience as an exchange student at HKUST Business School.
