Nicole Strang currently serves as the Director of Data Science at hims & hers since December 2023. Prior experience includes Data Science Manager at Shopify from May 2021 to May 2023 and a series of roles at Wayfair including Senior Manager, Manager, and Data Scientist in data science from December 2015 to April 2021. Early career experiences include a Fellowship at Insight Data Science, where Nicole worked on projects for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical distribution company, and postdoctoral research positions at CAMH and Temple University, focusing on the effects of alcohol on the brain and risk-taking behaviors. Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a focus on Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience, as well as a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Queen's University.
