Priya Pai

Priya Pai currently serves as the VP of Legal, overseeing Litigation, Privacy, and Employment at hims & hers since February 2023, after previously holding positions including Head Counsel and Senior Privacy and Employment Counsel at the same company. Additionally, Priya has been a member of the Board of Directors at the Bay Area Discovery Museum since May 2023 and an Executive Committee member at Children Of Shelters since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Counsel at hims & hers, Legal Counsel at Omni Bridgeway, and Associate positions at Latham & Watkins and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Priya holds a J.D. with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
