Ryan Zimmerman

Ryan Zimmerman is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics at hims & hers since September 2022, Ryan previously held various influential roles at Starbucks from January 2017 to September 2022, including Director of Data Democratization and Lead Manager Decision Scientist. Prior experience includes positions at Nike, where Ryan worked as Integrated Analytics Manager, and at Microsoft as a Research Analyst. Ryan's earlier career at the ERI Economic Research Institute involved managing survey research and performing data analysis. Holding a Master's degree in Data Science from Northwestern University and advanced degrees in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Idaho, Ryan brings a strong academic foundation to professional endeavors.
