Adrian Zai currently serves as the Chief Research Informatics Officer and Associate Professor in the Department of Population and Quantitative Health Science at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Since May 2021, Adrian has contributed to the advancement of research informatics. In addition, Adrian holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at HIMSS since February 2016 and previously directed digital health clinical trials at the MGH Center for Innovation in Digital HealthCare from October 2018 to April 2021. With extensive experience in clinical research, population management, and medical informatics, Adrian has held various roles including Research Director at MGB Digital Health eCare and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Academic qualifications include an MPH in Healthcare Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an MD-PhD from Boston University School of Medicine.
