Andrew Pearce has an extensive work experience starting from 1993. Andrew held roles at KPMG as a Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager. Andrew later moved to Ernst & Young as a Principal. Subsequently, they joined BDO as a Partner before transitioning to Crowe Horwath Australia/New Zealand and McLean Delmo Bentleys as a Partner. Andrew also co-founded and managed Kalico Aged Care. Their recent roles included being an Associate Director at HealthConsult Pty Ltd and a Senior Digital Health Strategist at HIMSS before becoming the Vice President Analytics & Global Advisory Lead at HIMSS. Andrew also served as the Chair at the International Forum for Child Welfare.
Andrew Pearce completed their Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Law from Latrobe University in 1992. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing from Latrobe University. Andrew later pursued their CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, finishing in 1996.
