Carlos E. Munoz

Carlos E. Munoz, FHIMSS, serves as the Director of Organizational Performance & CIS at Adventist Health - White Memorial Medical Center since April 2014. With a longstanding dedication to healthcare improvement, Carlos has been a Fellow at the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS) since 2007, holding the position of Past President for the Southern California Chapter and receiving the Advocacy Presidential Level Award in 2009-2010. Previous roles include Associate Administrator at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital & Medical Center, Chief Patient Safety Officer at White Memorial Medical Center, and internal consultant at Huntington Hospital. Carlos earned both an MHA in Health Care Administration and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
