Caroline Yang

Caroline Yang, MD, is an accomplished physician and leader in healthcare innovation, currently serving as the Associate Clinical Director at Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home and as an Attending Physician in the Home Hospital Program and Hospital Medicine Unit at Brigham and Women's Hospital. With extensive experience in medical leadership roles, Caroline has held positions such as Chair of the Massachusetts Medical Society Early Career Physician Section and Vice Chair of the Resident Fellow Section, where advocacy and policy development have been central to her work. Caroline has authored several impactful policies and contributed to the advancement of telehealth and digital health solutions while actively engaging in multiple committees and writing roles, including as a Physician Writer for HIMSS. Academic credentials include an MD from UMass Chan Medical School and a BA in Neuroscience and Entrepreneurship from The Johns Hopkins University.
