Keith Cromwell

Keith Cromwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health information exchange and ambulatory applications. Currently serving as a Founding HIE Member and Co-Chair of the Technical and Operations Workgroup at PA Navigate since August 2022, Keith also holds multiple roles at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, including Director of Ambulatory Applications and Epic Connect. With a history of implementing process improvements and managing large teams, Keith has successfully accelerated project timelines and enhanced training methodologies. Additionally, Keith oversees operations as Program Director at Central PA Connect Health Information Exchange, actively participates in various committees, and co-founded Keith's Kitchen to support local non-profits. Keith holds a Master's degree in Training & Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Millersville University.
