Philip Graham has extensive experience in digital health and health informatics, currently serving as a Board Member for INTEROPen and an Advisory Board Member at the Better Hiring Institute, alongside holding the position of Associate Vice Chair - Policy and Strategy at BCS Health and Care Executive. Previously, Philip was a Digital Programme Director at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and has contributed as a member of the Blockchain in Healthcare Task Force at HIMSS. With a background that includes roles such as Health Informatics Programme Director and Digital Programme Lead, Philip supports initiatives focused on technology's role in enhancing patient care. Education includes a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and a Certificate of Higher Education in Applied Computing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
