Kumar Parekh has extensive experience in the metallurgy and production sectors, currently serving as a Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited since July 2004, with dual responsibilities as Operation Planner (Section Head MIS-Material) and Section Head Recovery-WIP. Kumar’s role encompasses production planning, budgeting, data collection, reporting, material and inventory management, cost control, ISO MR documentation, downtime analysis, and shutdown coordination. Previous positions at Hindalco include Senior Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Junior Engineer. Prior to Hindalco, Kumar worked as a Metallurgical Engineer at Bhagwati Metal Rolling and Suresh Metal & Tubes, focusing on monitoring and controlling the production of copper and copper alloy products.
