Pushkar Sane

Pushkar Sane is a human resources professional with over five years of experience in designing and executing training programs, including behavioral and functional training, as well as managing Learning Management Systems. Currently serving as a Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited, Pushkar previously worked as a Learning Partner at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where responsibilities included training need analysis and competency development. Pushkar also interned at Cummins India Ltd, contributing to projects focused on learning and development, as well as process improvement. Pushkar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
