Previously, Rohit held key roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer at Aditya Birla Insulators and Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. With a strong educational background, including an Executive Program in Customer Centricity from Harvard Business School and a PGDM in Business Strategy from IIM Ahmedabad, Rohit is passionate about engaging with talent and mentoring others in leadership and organizational development.
