Saifullah Khalid

Saifullah Khalid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the metals and manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited since July 2016. In this role, Saifullah leads operations in three Wire Rod Mills and DC Casting, achieving significant production and quality targets with a diverse product portfolio exceeding 50 items. Previously, as an Assistant Manager, Saifullah directed maintenance for the Cast House facility, successfully implementing Condition-Based Monitoring techniques that resulted in a 20% reduction in shop floor inventory. As a Senior Engineer, Saifullah managed material planning and contract management, developing a robust system for inventory tracking and ensuring 100% Critical Spares Management. Saifullah also gained early industry exposure as a Summer Trainee at Diesel Locomotive Workshop. Educationally, Saifullah holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, complemented by a strong foundational education from Central Hindu School and Laxmi Public School.
