Sameer Nayak's professional career spans over two decades in the energy and aluminum sectors, currently serving as President and Unit Head at Aditya Aluminium, a division of Hindalco Industries Limited since December 2018. Previously, Sameer Nayak held roles such as Joint President of Operations and Maintenance for a 6 x 150 MW power project at Vedanta Ltd and Associate Vice President overseeing operations at the 3 x 660 MW power projects at Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd. Sameer Nayak's extensive experience includes leadership positions in maintenance, commissioning, and operations across multiple large-scale power generation projects.
