Suraj Panda is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power plant operations and maintenance. Currently, Suraj is employed at Hindalco Industries Limited since May 2023, focusing on electrical operations and maintenance for a 900MW captive power plant. Prior to this role, Suraj worked at Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited as Shift In Charge for a 45,30,18MW captive power plant in Asansol from June 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer for a 45MW captive power plant at Reshmi Metalicks, and holding Junior Engineer positions at Bravo Sponge Iron Private Limited for a 10MW project and Concast Steel and Power Limited at a 132/33/11KV substation.
