Terry Smith

Terry Smith has extensive experience in the aluminum rolling industry, currently serving as a consultant at Alro Corp and Hindalco Industries Limited since September 2017 and 2015, respectively. Key contributions include providing technical and engineering support for the Cold Rolling Mill at Hindalco's Flat Rolled Products plant in India, focusing on the development of rolling practices for various aluminum products. Prior to consulting, Terry held several managerial roles at Novelis from 1978 to 2013, overseeing projects such as the transfer and installation of rolling mills and process technologies, as well as managing manufacturing processes and teams.
