Phil Dunmire has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Phil started their career at Checkpoint Systems, Inc in 2000 as an Embedded Software Engineer and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined ExploTrack as an RFID Engineer for a short period. In 2009, they joined Bitronics Inc as a Software Design Engineer and worked there for 9 years. Currently, they are working at Hindlepower, Inc as an Embedded Software Engineer.

Phil Dunmire received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University from 1995 to 2000. Phil proceeded to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering at the same university from 2005 to 2008.

HindlePower has been designing and manufacturing industrial (non-commercial) battery chargers and dc power systems for the utility industry for over 35 years. Our staff and products serve the power generation and distribution market, switchgear OEMs, power substations, the oil & gas industry, and various transportation maintenance facilities. Our products range in power level from one to 150 kW, and feature both single phase and three phase inputs. Our main product line (AT10.1 / AT30) currently utilizes Silicon-Controlled Rectifier (SCR) conversion techniques at 50/60 Hz, with microprocessors performing all control, instrumentation, and diagnostic functions. We also manufacture and support adjacent product lines that are variations on the same theme. We were founded in 2000 from Hitran Corporation, and have experienced double-digit growth every year since.
