Established in Bathurst in 1994 Hines Constructions is a multi-award winning commercial, industrial and residential design and construction company. Recognised throughout the Industry as a commercial leader within the Bathurst, Lithgow, Orange, Parkes, Forbes and regional NSW area, our focus has always been on delivering high quality, innovative and sustainable projects. We believe in delivering the project, on budget and on time, every time, as numerous client testimonials attest too.

Our values, long term vision and financial independence have enabled us to thrive with our distinctive culture celebrating regional NSW, its people, partnerships with local businesses and sustainability.

The Hines Approach
Hines works in partnership with our clients from project inception to completion by first understanding their needs and vision, business or community challenges and physical environments, to deliver outcomes that meet all stakeholder requirements and project specifications.

We mobilise our team of professional project managers, health and safety officers and trades people to project sites and support them with highly refined administrative, communication and technical support from our head office. We have strong and trusted relationships with key suppliers and have extensive access to additional expertise as required to strengthen our capabilities.

Uncompromising focus on customers and total commitment to safe delivery are the hallmarks of our business.

Support for the Local Economy
A Key component of our success is our engagement and management of local trades and service providers in the communities in which we work. This produces greater flexibility, minimises lead times, sustains local communities, and instils local pride and ownership.

Understanding the unique needs and changing facets of rural communities, local councils and governments in Regional NSW, is a strength the management team at Hines Constructions continually strive to build on.
