Christopher Bunce, FMA, is currently the Operations Manager at Hines, where they oversee operational functions since 2020. Previously, they held positions such as Operations Manager at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT and Senior Building Technician at Colliers-International. Christopher began their career as a Junior Building Operator at Angus Consulting Management Limited and subsequently worked as a Building Operator for Morguard. They also earned a Professional Designation in Facilities Planning and Management from BOMI International and a diploma in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Algonquin College.
